RECOMMENDATION TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS

  • To get the best from the school for your ward, your are advised to maintain close contact with the school. Parents are requested to go through the student’s hand book every day is completed.
  • The progress report should be inspected and signed regularly. The Report card is the mirror of your ward. Feel free to meet the principal.
  •   The Principal will be glad to guide/advice you.
  • This students should neither be encouraged to absent from the school nor should rely upon for any misleading information they carry home unless you personally confirm it from the Principal/Class teacher.
  • Parents are advised to refrain from the criticism of teachers in presence of students; this causes the student to loose respect for their teachers.
  • Parents are requested to escort their children to and from school in time. The school will not shoulder any responsibility after the school is over.
  • No. parent or guardian is allowed to see the children or the teacher during school hours. Any message or complaint should be taken up with the principal/school office and not with any teacher, in class rooms.
  • parents are advised to ensure the presence of their ward well before the starting of the school. Students coming after 7:45 A.M. are liable to be penalizes. Check regularly records of the coming and absence note.
  • It is advisable to teach you child, as he/she advances in age, at home. You should not encourage your ward for private tuitions. In case you arrange tutor from school, you must inform the Principal.
  • As the medium of instruction In the school is English, the students should be helped to follow their work easily. A certain amount of regular conversation in English at home is always beneficial to students.
  •  Parents should meet the teachers only on the last working day every month to discuss the progress of their ward’s studies.

GENERAL RULES

  • Every student should carry his/her student’s Hand Book to school daily.
  • All the students are expected to be inside the school premises before 7:30 A.M. to attend the morning Assembly. Students coming late and/or absenting from Assembly are liable to be punished.
  • The progress card, the students hand book other subject book, copies, pens, Lunch Box should be taken proper care. All unbounded books and copies shall be covered with brown paper and slip pasted on them. Keep your school neat and clean and put the waste in proper containers.
  • Students should be clean and always neatly dressed. They must wear their Tie, socks, uniform clean and neatly ironed. Shoes must be polished. Boys should have their hair closely trimmed abd properly combed.
  • Making a noise, Shouting talking loudly, whistling, fighting and using foul language are severely punishable offences.
  • Each work should be done in silence and in an ordered manner. Say “Please” when you want something and say “Thank you” When you receive something.
  • Students should not bring fast vehicle, i.e. motorcycle, scooter in school campus, only cycle and mopeds are allowed. Students coming to the school by other transport (Taxi, Private Car) must leave it on main gate.
  • No student shall scratch or spoil or damage any school furniture or any other property of the school or draw or write anything anywhere in any of the school property or the property of the student. If any student found guilty of damage to school property, the financial part of the damage shall be recovered from the offender, who shall be subjected to further action as deemed fit by the principal.
  • Leading or borrowing of money or any other article is not permitted.
  •  student are warned not to buy anything especially eatables or toxic materials from street vendors.
  •  No student shall leave in the school hours (including lunch break) without prior permission.
  •  The school is not responsible for the goods/cash lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles. Bringing money more than required, to school is prohibited.    
  •  Student should observe polite behaviour wherever they go. They should pay respect to their teachers whenever they meet them.
  •  Defaulter on any count and violation of any rules or of any act of discipline shall be punished and/or fined as ordered by the school authorities/Principal.
  •  The school reserves the right to remove from the rolls suspended or dismiss a student in light of his offence or misconduct or default as the case may be.
